Mateusz Prawdzik

Founder / President

Mateusz Prawdzik is the Founder and President of Prawdzik Properties. He is responsible for ensuring that all operations of the company function at optimal performance. In addition, he is responsible for raising capital and building and maintaining relationships for future company growth. Mateusz centers his company around consistency, integrity, and reliability to ensure that he and his team continue to build elegant yet affordable homes for generations to come.

Hugo Alves

Director of Sales

Prior to joining the team at Prawdzik Properties, Hugo served as the General Manager and Market Service Director for a Fortune 500 company in New Jersey. In these positions he oversaw financial operations and human resources. Hugo brings a versatile set of skills in his role as Director of Acquisitions, Dispositions, and Client Relations. As a licensed realtor, Hugo leads the team from start to finish in acquiring houses and converting them into new homes for our clients. In this role, he ensures that the client’s vision always remains at the center of our builds.

Erika Campo

Lead Operations Manager

Erika Campo is a graduate from Cornell University with a Bachelor’s degree in Public Policy. After graduation, Erika worked as a Business Analyst for one of the nation’s top pharmaceutical companies. After moving back to New Jersey, Erika has the opportunity to apply her background in business and program implementation at Prawdzik Properties. In her role, Erika ensures that all administrative areas of the company operate fluidly so that projects are completed on time and more importantly, that we deliver on the promises we make to our clients and stakeholders.

Alberto Carrasco

Construction Coordinator

Alberto Carrasco is a graduate from the university of UASD in the Dominican Republic with a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering. After graduation, Alberto worked as a Maintenance Supervisor in the Santo Domingo Metro Transit System. Alberto then married his beautiful wife, moved to New Jersey, started a family and has 2 daughters. In his role, Alberto assists with project scheduling, contractor coordination, delivery and reporting.

Brandon Fernandes

Associate Finance Manager

Brandon is a graduate from Montclair State University, holding a degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance. Having graduated summa cum laude from his class at Montclair, he acquired hands-on financial experience through rigorous coursework and successfully managed the university's financial endowment.He plans to use his experiences, skills, and enthusiasm to enhance the company’s financial success and longevity.

Kyle Leach

Finance Associate

Kyle Leach attended Caldwell University before transferring to Montclair State University, where he pursued a degree in Accounting. With a strong passion for finance, Kyle shifted his focus to the stock market, eventually passing the SIE and Series 57 exams. Throughout his journey, he developed advanced skills in financial analysis and working with Excel spreadsheets, which he now uses to manage complex data and financial models. As Associate Financial Administrator at Prawdzik Properties LLC, Kyle plans to leverage his expertise and technical skills to contribute to the company’s ongoing success and long-term growth.

David Sarmiento

Assistant Marketing Manager

David Sarmiento, a graduate from one of the top high schools in the nation. David brings a unique blend of problem-solving and creative ingenuity to the team allowing him to manage the marketing team. He is dedicated to showcasing the visionary essence of the homes we build and elevating the Prawdzik Brand. His purpose is to inspire and inform, fostering trust and excitement among potential buyers and investors. Through creativity, innovation, and data-driven insights, he creates lasting impressions and drive meaningful connections with our target audience.

John Ligouri

Assistant Property Project Manager

John has worked in the home improvement industry for over 25 years. He is bringing that knowledge to Prawdzik as a repair specialist and project manager for the rental side of the business. He has Bachelor Degree in Business Management and is a licensed home inspector in the state of New Jersey. John is using this experience and education to further enhance the rental team.
