Submitting a Warranty Claim

  3. Record: Document the defective area(s). If possible, take before and after photos of the issue.
  4. Submit: Click the button below to fill out the form for your inquiry.
  5. Confirmation: You will receive confirmation of your request within 72 hours.
  6. Scheduling: We will coordinate with our contractors to address your request as quickly as possible.
  7. Repair: Once schedules are confirmed, our warranty team will contact you via email to finalize the appointment for the repair.
  8. Post-Repair: After the repair is completed, we will document the repaired condition with photos and maintain detailed records in our database.
  9. Review / Follow-Up: After the repair is completed, our team will conduct a periodic follow-up review to ensure the issue has been resolved to your satisfaction.
